Provide strategic communications and administrative support to foster growth in workforce development initiatives.

Track, organize and deliver support for the regional workforce system.

Handle strategic planning and monitoring of workforce development efforts, including but not limited to workforce training and development programs, candidate pipeline development, and employer engagement initiatives.

Support various public sector and industrial/manufacturing clients and stakeholders in their human capital transformation and workforce development efforts.

Utilize professional relationships and subject matter expertise to participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.

Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.

Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.

Assist in proposal development, as requested.

Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Oversee professional development of junior staff.

Bachelor's degree required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

Ability to travel up to 50%-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

5 total years of professional work experience

Preferred:

5 years of experience in workforce development

3 years of experience in management consulting

3 years of defense industrial base or manufacturing sector experience

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
