Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Analyst in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of treasury and accounting functions across our industry. Your work will be pivotal in maintaining financial stability and ensuring efficient operations.Responsibilities: Utilize your knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP S/4HANA to manage and analyze financial data. Handle all accounting functions with high accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct account reconciliation on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of financial records. Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. Analyze Financial Statements to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Carry out auditing tasks as required, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Act as a point of contact for financial inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses. Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments to inform financial decision-making. Continuously strive for process improvement in all aspects of the treasury function.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Treasury Analyst or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP S/4HANA In-depth understanding of Accounting Functions and Account Reconciliation Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management Ability to Analyze Financial Statements and draw actionable insights Familiarity with Auditing processes and standards Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
