Description Exciting opportunity to join a leading investment firm as a Senior Fund Accountant. The position is located in Downtown and offers a light hybrid schedule. Responsibilities:
Responsible for detailed equity accounting and analysis, including complex partnership equity accounting and asset valuations
Active role in fund reporting including preparation of quarterly financial statements and consolidation reporting to the Public Reporting Group. Also prepare annual GAAP financial statements and coordination of audits with external auditors
Involvement with operational duties including capital calls, capital distributions, and liquidity management
Assist with ad-hoc requests, investor questions, and frequent interaction with our deal team and asset management team
Frequent project coordination work
Assist in driving accounting, reporting and business process simplification and efficiency initiative
Requirements
