M&S people simply “care hard”, and this reflects in our work products, our interactions, and our culture.We have an immediate need for a senior SAP S/4security resource to support the remining phases of a S/4 project (SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-live, Hypercare) from now until the end of May. Our preference is a local resource in Houston, TX, but we are open to a candidate able to support a hybrid model working remotely and coming to The Woodlands periodically as needed (roughly 1 week per month).Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
SAP security design, build, deployment, and audits for standard role-based Security
Hands on working experience of SAP roles and authorizations in both end user and project environment in the following SAP modules: S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC, ECC, BW, SolMan, IBP, Ariba, Success Factors and other Cloud Apps etc.
Design and implementation of user and role administration in ECC and S/4HANA
SAP GRC and IDM Integration, Single Sign-on, User access reviews, IDM provisioning automations
Knowledgeable in GRC Access Controls configurations including BRF+ configuration SoD Risk Remediation and engaging in discussion with functional leads for mitigations controls
Create strategies/methods to support SAP S4 HANA Security SIT Cycles, UAT, Cutover Planning, Go-live and Hypercare
Assist in the development and execution of processes and techniques to ensure compliance with Security policies and guidelines
Work effectively and interdependently with various team members, and to provide leadership and guidance to offshore resources
Basic Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of SAP Security experience
At least 2-3 years experience in the following:
Design and implementation of user and role administration in ECC and S/4HANA
SAP GRC and IDM Integration, Single Sign-on, User access reviews, IDM provisioning automations
GRC Access Controls configurations including BRF+ configuration SoD Risk Remediation and engaging in discussion with functional leads for mitigations control
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) AND 4 or more years directly related experience
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
