Prerequisite-to-Have SAP Successfactor Certifications SNo Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Should be confident with ticket life cycle, Ticket tracking tools. 2 Should close ticket as per priority, SLA and ticket should be updated/commented. 3 Good in communication with client and team. 4 Ability to convene client/team and should be good in co-ordination. 5 Should be good in automation and try to suggest new ideas/ innovations.
