About this role: The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for outreach to existing customers to upsell additional HCM modules to drive incremental revenue. This role will also need to educate and nurture our partner reps to ensure that they understand the unique value of GoCo and continue to provide additional leads for outreach. What will I be doing?
Utilize list ot existing customers for outreach for upsell opportunities
Conduct introductory phone calls to customers to uncover business opportunities - includes understanding how they are using platform and helping them see value of other modules
Create ongoing relationship with partner reps to create trust and confidence to drive additional opportunities
Educate and nurture customer relationship on current offering and uncovering needs to created interest in additional HCM modules
Ability to explain products and services in a compelling way to created engagement
Setting product demo appointments for customers looking to upgrade
Staying organized and metric driven with proper logging of activity in CRM
Collecting feedback on product value and customer experience
Working closely with Strategic partner to identify best practices and share learnings
Necessary Skills
Previous customer service experience or outbound inside sales representative experience, with demonstrated ability to nurture and grow relationships
Strong Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed for building rapport with customers and reps, understanding their needs, and effectively articulating the value of GoCo
Ability to build strong relationships and establish trust with customers and partner reps
Strong Product Knowledge - ability to provide education and light demos
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong desire to expand and acquire new skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
