JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIESMultiplex Immunofluorescence (mIF) and spatial profiling assays.Perform analysis of multiplex immunofluorescence, spatial transcriptomics and spatial profiling from pancreatic cancer specimens (human and murine) for translational research projects.Liquid biopsies for translational cancer research.Conduct a variety of liquid biopsy assays including ctDNA and extracellular vesicle RNA profiling in patient biospecimens.Data Management.Assist the Maitra Lab in data analysis, preparation of manuscripts and grant applications. Participate and present data in internal and external group meetings and generate reports. Maintain good, detailed experimental records.Manuscript preparation and submission.Help investigators within the Maitra lab with compiling data for manuscripts and projects.Other duties as assignedMasters degree in one of the natural sciences or related field. Four years of experience in experimental or scientific work. With PhD, no experience required. With Medical degree, two years of experience in experimental or scientific work.
