Title- Receptionist Location- Houston, TX 77040 Duration- Contract to Hire Northwest engineering client seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Focus includes:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Handle Inquiries from clients, and vendors in a timely manner
Assist with special projects and other assigned duties
Targeting candidates with:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong attention to detail
Experience with multi-line phone system
Motivated, self-starter with a sense of urgency, organized and results driven!
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Offering $24/hr
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 – 5:30 Friday: 7:30 – 12:00 Onsite
