Description We are searching for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in HOUSTON, Texas. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with different business units, and ensuring the successful delivery of all projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and business analysis skills. This job offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion Collaborate with various business units to gather and understand their project requirements Utilize project management methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Jira and Azure DevOps Analyze business processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness Develop and manage project budgets and resources Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed about project status and changes Utilize strong business analysis skills to identify business needs and deliver solutions Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements Demonstrated experience in the role of Project Manager or Senior Consultant Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management Knowledge of Cisco Technologies Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and their application in business processes Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Ability to work with databases effectively Proficiency in using the 'About Time' project management tool Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies Familiarity with budget processes and financial forecasting Proficiency in change management strategies and implementation Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to understand and address complex business needs.
