Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Description We are looking for a experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the IT sector, specifically with expertise in SAP implementation, to join our team based in Houston, Texas, 77032, United States. This role involves managing and overseeing SAP implementation projects across our business, ensuring their successful execution. The employment type for this role is contract.Responsibilities: Spearhead and oversee the successful execution of various SAP implementation projects across the business. Create, execute, and revise project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities to meet project goals. Manage day-to-day operational aspects and scope of the project. Communicate project expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of the project within the agreed budget. Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing on to clients. Adhere to project standards and initiate improvement processes where necessary. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Track project performance and progress. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Facilitate team and client meetings effectively to make essential decisions. Design and deliver end-user training when needed. Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, About Time, AB Testing, Budget Processes, Deliverable, Design to effectively perform tasks and manage the project. Requirements Proven experience in a Project Manager or Sr. Consultant role Proficient in Atlassian Jira for project management Knowledge of Cloud Technologies for collaborative work Practical experience with CRM systems Familiarity with Database management Understanding of EO/IR systems Proficiency in About Time for time tracking Experience with AB Testing for optimization Knowledge of Budget Processes for project planning Ability to ensure project Deliverable are met Design skills for project visualization.
