Job Title: Permitting Project ManagerJob Location: 17725 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77094Job Overview:The Land Acquisitions / Permitting Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and review process of CBAC’s permitting projects, for its new store growth program. Responsibilities:This will include, but not be limited to:Managing, reviewing and processing complex development and land use projects as a project managerFacilitating development review meetings with cities, property owners, developers, consultants and staffInterpreting design guidelines, land uses, zoning codes, and ordinancesSupervising planning staff on various department procedures and processesDelegating work, reviewing work, effectively communicating inter-departmentally with the construction, finance, franchise, legal, and leadership teams on project timelines
