Programmer Analyst

Description We are in search of a Programmer Analyst for a short-term contract in Houston, Texas. The role involves managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to align with our technology and business goals. You will be expected to collaborate with various internal stakeholders, implement new procedures and features, and provide technical support to Salesforce users. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives. Collaborate with project managers and internal stakeholders to develop and implement new procedures and features. Conduct Salesforce training sessions to ensure that team members are proficient in using the platform. Implement updates within the Salesforce system to enhance its functionality and integration with other business systems. Provide swift and effective technical support to Salesforce users and resolve any issues that arise. Create and manage custom reports, workflows, and objects within Salesforce. Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; perform mass uploads and updates of data as required. Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and debugging. Maintain high levels of platform availability and ensure that uploads and changes meet system best practices. Use your skills in C, Database, DB2 Database, EO/IR systems, IBM, AB Testing, ASP.NET, COBOL - All Versions, Coding, and Design to enhance your performance in this role.
