You will partner with the factory operations in providing direction that ensures product is coordinated, monitored and completes the production cycle according to schedule.Key Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining proper inventory to fulfill demand requirements.

Work with Production Scheduler team to provide support on emergencies orders as well as introduction of new products/PIPO.

Maintain purchased parts (material/item master) and MRP profiles to ensure the integrity of the SAP Production and

Capacity Modules are fully utilized for Purchased products.

Prepare and release purchase requisitions, in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions

Item PFEP and IOS analysis

Track Purchasing activity and measurements.

Correction of discrepancies with quantity, documentation and quality for orders

Adhere to all Honeywell requirements as it regards planning, inventory.

Identify and implement process improvements

Participate in monthly SIOP review meetings

Provide data analysis and escalations

Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalations

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years' SAP Experience

5+ years of Manufacturing Operations and/or Supply Chain Planning experience

WE VALUE

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management

Experience with SIOP and production scheduling processes

Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Strong computer applications skills (Excel, Access)

Experience in manufacturing planning

Experience with MRP/ERP Systems

Ability to lead process improvement

Knowledge in Sigma or Lean

Ability to work independently and take direction from others

Established skills and experience in Materials management
