We are looking for people with a passion to innovated, build and lead commercial excellence for opportunities in unmanaged spend. Influence and earn trust across regions around the Globe to enable our organization to penetrate spend and delight our customers.The Spend Leader is a key member of the Site Procurement Operations (SPO) and the Global Procurement Spend Team. The Spend Leader is responsible for delivering capabilities to increase and penetrate spend that is not in scope today for GPO. The Spend Leader's mission is to closely collaborate with Category Procurement to enrich spend penetration, savings, supplier diversity, and catalog adoption. As a Spend Leader you will partner with a set of global strategic stakeholders to earn trust and deliver results while simultaneously picking up signals and patterns that allow the team to execute the strategies to drive broad adoption at the local level. The Spend Leader works directly with the Category pillars and Global Procurement Centralized Services teams to help define the roadmap of projects to come. In addition to identifying the pipeline, as GPO partners, these teams will help identify friction points, blockers, and forward-looking areas of opportunity. As the Spend Leader, you will seek alignment of key stakeholders, creation of the target-solution, and orchestration of required actions to enact change and drive the target outcome. The Spend Leader will define metrics and stand-up the required mechanisms to inspect the initiatives, from which the Spend Leader and enact necessary improvements as well as harvest learning's to feed into parallel and future initiatives.Key job responsibilitiesKey Job Responsibilities: Prioritizing the “right” projects to deliver results Define criteria to determine total cost of ownership or the best return on investment Delivering results on metrics and goals Enable or stand-up mechanism to track and audit performance Establish relationships with key stakeholders and customers Direct involvement in strategic planning processes and communicationAbout the teamVision:SPO’s vision is to seamlessly integrate global procurement expertise with local insights, fostering a ‘glocal’ strategy. 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

7+ years of program or project management experience

7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience

10+ years of category procurement experience utilizing RFx process

Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics

Risk Management with general understanding of geopolitics impacts across the supply chain

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, supply management, or finance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget with quality

Certified Professional in Supply Management (CSPM)

Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM)

Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM)

MBA

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
