Physician -OB/GYN

Overall Purpose Of The Job:The OB/GYN Physician provides comprehensive primary and urgent care as part of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department.   The Obstetrician Gynecologist specializes in women's reproductive healthcare issues and prenatal care. They provide female care from puberty to preconception through childbirth, delivery, postpartum and menopause. They are responsible for performing screening examination, diagnostic tests, diagnoses, treatment, and providing reproductive advice and recommendations. The ability to identify and treat hormonal disorders, fertility issues including cancers of the reproductive system. OB/GYN manages and treats urogynaecology problems and sexually transmitted diseases.
