Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I based in Houston, Texas. This role operates within the tech industry and requires someone who can efficiently handle incident resolution and provide expert technical guidance. You'll be the first point of contact for staff members experiencing issues with our enterprise systems or infrastructure components. Responsibilities: Provide initial assessment and triage of incidents and requests involving enterprise systems or infrastructure components Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by staff members Support the team with technical research recommendations to enhance the efficiency of our systems Ensure accurate documentation of system processes and protocols Assist with training staff on proper use of enterprise systems and infrastructure components Contribute to security initiatives as assigned to ensure the safety of our systems Monitor the status of hardware, software, and peripherals and take appropriate action when issues arise Manage customer inquiries related to our enterprise systems and infrastructure components Support the deployment and configuration management of our enterprise systems Utilize skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and other relevant areas to enhance job performance.
