Job DescriptionWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the event sales process from start to finish. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event sales and logistical needs are met while driving business growth through excellent customer relationship management.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all aspects of the event sales cycle, from initial client contact to post-event follow-upAssist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clientsMaintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat businessCollaborate with the event production and logistics teams to ensure all deliverables meet client expectationsTrack leads, manage sales databases, and report on sales performanceAttend client meetings, venue walk-throughs, and select events as neededProvide administrative support to the sales team as required
