So, if you get excited about making a real difference as part of a winning team like we do, we want to hear from you.  The Headlines:In the role of  Distributor Market Manager in Houston, TX , you will be part of the Central Region Sales Team . In this position, you will be accountable for the sales volume and revenue, distribution, key distributor relationships, and performance results of the team and designated customers.This position reports to General Manager of Sales and works closely with the Chain Sales Executives and Field Marketing. The Responsibilities:

Direct external and internal resources to execute the sales objectives and activities that deliver Molson Coors volume and profit goals, ensure overall ‘brand health’, and optimize the use of budget across all relevant geographies.

Establish strong customer relationships and provide thought leadership on industry / category dynamics and retail execution throughout a challenging and diverse market.

Develop and sell-in strategic customer plan that exceeds volume, revenue and distribution objectives

Build collaborative relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to establish effective and aligned Sales and Operations planning.

This role manages a small team of direct reports and a broader team of leaders

Lead development and execution of strategic sales plans ensuring that the team is focused and able to deliver business results

The Other Qualifications:

5+ years in sales and distributor management

Understanding of retail markets, market strategy and execution, and the 3- tier distribution system preferred

Collaborative leadership of cross-functional teams and direct reports with experience driving change

Ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations

Focus on coaching and development of teams
