Data Entry Clerk

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk based in the Sheldon, TX area. This role is integral to our operations as it involves the meticulous entry and management of data. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data input, as well as performing light administrative duties as assigned. This is a contract assignment for 4-6+ weeks. Responsibilities: Ensure the quality of data input using Excel Typing tasks with a skill level of 50/60 to keep up with daily entries Uphold data integrity at all times Perform additional light administrative duties as assigned which may include typing, copying, filing, and collecting/compiling data from team Utilize the following skills: 10 Key Skills, Customer Service, Data Entry, Email Correspondence, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Organizing Files, Perform Calculations, Scanning, Typing.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Entry Clerk role or similar Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Solid experience with data entry and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy Strong customer service skills Capability to perform calculations and organize files efficiently Proficient in scanning and typing tasks Excellent skills in email correspondence Knowledge of 10 Key Skills is desirable Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment High school diploma or equivalent educational level Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team setting Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
