Create and implement comprehensive sales plans for power management and distribution systems solutions and services to meet corporate objectives.
Analyze market trends, economic factors, and competitive landscape to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate competitive risks.
Direct sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance goal setting to align with the company's objectives.
Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and goals to maximize market share and profitability.
Develop and oversee channel distribution activities, coordinating with partners to expand reach and optimize sales efforts.
Ensure effective control of sales performance, adjusting strategies and actions as needed to stay within budgets and meet sales targets.
Represent the organization at industry events and trade association meetings to promote products, build relationships, and increase brand visibility.
Lead high-level sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures with key clients in collaboration with the sales management team.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic partners, industry influencers, and community stakeholders.
Prepare and present detailed sales activity reports to executive management, highlighting sales volumes, potential sales, and new market opportunities.
Maintain a consistent corporate image across product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Requirements:
Master's degree (M.A.) preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field. Electrical Engineering background is highly desirable.
4-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on medium voltage power distribution, power conversion, and e-house packages.
Proven track record of success with Tier 1 and Tier 2 system integrators, particularly in Oil & Gas mid-stream and electrification projects.
Solid understanding of medium voltage power distribution and power management systems.
Ability to identify and respond effectively to market and competitive changes.
Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and budget management.
Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
