POSITION OVERVIEWApplications Accepted From: All Persons InterestedDivision: Houston Health - RestructureSection: Houston HealthWorkdays & Hours: Saturday - Friday, 40 hours Subject to changeDESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe Administrative Coordinator-Workforce Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses of workforce data, identifying gaps and disparities, and providing evidence-based recommendations to enhance workforce strategies. The Workforce Analyst plays a critical role in maximizing operational efficiency and effectiveness by providing valuable insights into workforce needs, training requirements, and resource allocation. Data collection is critical for verification, validation, and assessment. The Workforce Analyst will contribute to the transformation of public health enabling HHD to address public health challenges in a more coordinated and impactful manner. This will lead to improved public health outcomes as well as help address health disparities through evidence-based workforce planning and management strategies. In support of and to meet PHIG deliverables, this position is directly in-line with PHAB; Domain 8 and the Workforce Development Plan. Job Duties

Track and report Workforce & Organizational Development team performance and outcomes to ensure alignment with all deliverables.

Work with Deputy Assistant Director; Workforce & Organizational Development to develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative Workforce Development Plan.

Develop data process and tools to obtain and report the required KPI's and survey data for HHD's Workforce & Organizational Development reports.

Specific reports outside of on-demand will include w eekly mayors report, m onthly grant reports, r ecruitment outcomes.

Succession Planning.

Training & Development Reports.

Employee satisfaction & Engagement Reports.

Coordinate tracking of all funding for Workforce & Organizational Development and oversees all procurement functions, including contracts/agreements.

Comprehensive workforce reports,

Data visualization dashboards.

Forecasting Models.

Participate in assigned special projects and department initiatives in support of process improvement and the promotion of public health.

Enhance budget training to include projections of cost per project. Create a vendor compliance and accountability process.

Implement a new feedback and evaluation process/system using online feedback forms.

Build, manage, and maintain Workforce & Organizational Development’s project platform with an emphasis of data accuracy.

Capture concise and accurate information in Smartsheet on Workforce Development projects, training, skills gap analysis, teamwork allocation, and all other future reporting deemed useful.
