Description Our Client is seeking a proficient Accountant/Payroll Manager with experience in Property Management or HOA industry. This vital role requires an individual who is versatile, has keen attention to detail, and has excellent problem-solving capacity.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage regular payroll administration.Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.Ensure the successful execution of all financial transactions, including billing, tax calculation, HOA fees, and more.Perform month-end closing activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.Coordinate with HR in determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee taxes, insurance, and other deductions.Implement and maintain QuickBooks financial software.Qualifications:BA/BS DegreeMinimum 3+ years of accounting, payroll, or related experience. Experience in Real Estate or HOA industry is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is requiredStrong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.A critical thinker with excellent decision-making skills.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues. Requirements Must have a minimum of three years experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Must have experience in performing Bank Reconciliations Familiarity with Billing Functions is necessary Must be able to perform duties of a Full Charge Bookkeeper Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must Experience in Monthly Financial Reporting is necessary Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
