ASSISTANT BILINGUAL SUPERVISOR position available at an established renovation company in Houston Texas and all surrounding areas.
Overview of position:
The assistant supervisor assists in overseeing crews, manages day to day projects, provides estimates for new projects and aides in sales acquiring new business. The assistant supervisor will communicate with clients and Supervisors in regards to ongoing projects.
Job responsibilities/skills are not limited to:
Multitasking, time management, bilingual in Spanish and English (mandatory), problem solving and decision making. Work hours are generally Monday-Friday and occasional weekends may be necessary to complete projects. All work hours are subject to change based on projects and deadlines. Requirements for this position include; Assistant Supervisors are required to have their own vehicle and valid driver's license to commute throughout Houston and surrounding areas for work. Experience is not necessary, but is a plus. Required knowledge of work such as paint, carpet services, concrete, asphalt, roofing, welding, plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, resurfacing and make readies. Valid references must be furnished upon request. Pay will be discussed upon hire. Bonuses and commission are offered along with a company cell phone and uniforms are provided.
