Administrative Assistant – Construction Supply company located in Southwest Houston
A construction supplier, located in Southwest Houston, is seeking a driven, professional and experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team right away.
RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):
· Create work orders
· Maintaining and managing inventory for multiple site locations in the greater Houston area
· Accurate and timely data entry for inventory and orders
· Ability to multi-task effectively in fast-paced, high-stress work environment
REQUIREMENTS:
· Clerical skills; touch typing, filing, data entry, basic spreadsheets, email and faxing
· Must be organized and detail oriented
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Ability to work well with others and maintain positive customer relations
· General knowledge of construction industry
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of 5 years previous Administrative Assistant experience
· Experience with inventory systems and heavy data entry
· Bilingual is preferred, not required
Work hours are 7:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
Pay is $24/$28/hr. (DOE)
