Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about your selected client’s products/services.
Assist customers in navigating websites, placing orders, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Collaborate with other team members to address escalated customer concerns promptly.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay informed about your selected client’s product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Must pass a skill assessment and background check
Have at least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using customer service software and communication tools
