We are an established Manufacturer and Distributor seeking an Experienced Customer Service Super Star to join our team.
We require a bubbly and energetic personality to take our established Customers calls as well as make outbound calls to new Prospects, there are businesses nationwide and in our immediate area we would like you to call and introduce our products to.
This is an entry level position with endless possibilities. We need a go-getter with extremely strong phone skills who is ready to make and take 50+ calls per day, we will train you on our small product line and then the sky is the limit.
Requirements:
- We prefer you have at least one year experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Read, write, and speak clear & fluent English (Spanish a Plus!)
- Type 50+ WPM
- Basic Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
- CRM Experience
- Experience using a 10-Key (Helpful)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-3:30pm
Rate: $16-18.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Office: Houston, TX 77013 (This is In-office position, No Remote Offered)
