About the Role
Support a fast-moving entrepreneur in both business and personal life — from coordinating installs and customer calls to grooming plans, IADLs, and food drop-offs. This is a high-impact entry-level role with upward mobility into operations or executive support.
Responsibilities
Business Support
-Maintain account records in Google Sheets (open/closed/terminated)
-Keep customer info updated & conduct weekly check-ins
-Schedule deals and installations
-Coordinate documentation and signatures
-Follow up with internal ops team members
-Create daily & weekly agenda summaries
Personal Life Support
-Arrange grooming appointments (haircuts, braids)
-Run errands and deliver food/drinks
-Manage personal schedule and reminders
-Handle miscellaneous personal bookings
Ideal Candidate
-Bold & direct — Not timid; speaks up when needed
-Great phone communicator — Confident on calls, chats, and emails
-Organized & proactive — Anticipates needs before they show
-Reliable & resourceful — Gets things done with little supervision
-Discreet & loyal — Trusted with personal and business info
-Bonus: Event planning or coordination experience

Compensation & Logistics
-Location: In-person in Houston, TX (some remote flexibility ok)
-Schedule: Full-time (usually M–F, adaptable)
-Salary: $40,000–$45,000/year
-Quarterly Bonus: 20% of net profit over $140K
Example: Net $160K → $4,000 bonus
-Paid: Biweekly
