We are looking to add a person to the company.
Duties include:
Scheduling jobs
Giving estimates
Problem solving
Communication with customer and subcontractors
Purchase materials with company card and sometimes deliver (not all the time )
Send invoices and collect payments
Drive all around Houston and surrounding areas
Arrange meetings with subcontractors if any issues are going on to improve efficiency
Other duties can be included as part of project manage responsibility. Will discuss further in interview
Must be eligible to work in the US.
Must have a pickup truck
Must have Valid drivers license
Must be bilingual English and Spanish for proper communication
Must have experience building Fences and know difference in wood species
Must know how to read plans for property lines.
