Working with Hardware Design & Analysis Engineering - ElectroMechanical Packaging team
Responsible for electronic packaging required for processor, interface electronics, power cards, and flexes.
Responsible for performing significant physical and thermal constraints for the system
Performing CREO modeling and Windchill database use
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of related work experience OR
Master's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience
Experience with CCA Board Design and flexible circuit Design.
Experience with Creo Parametric 7.0 and Windchill 11.1
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Acrobat and Nuance/Kofax Power PDF.
Electro-mechanical design and packaging background
Strong knowledge and background with cables, custom chassis and schematics (Mechanical, Electrical)
Experience with high density electronic packaging is desired.
Active Secret Clearance is preferred but not required OR
Must have the ability to obtain secret clearance.
