The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and preferably possess 8-10 years of direct industrial and electrical experience in a manufacturing environment. The role requires an individual with excellent mechanical skills and knowledge, including pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, and lubrication, as well as electrical/electronic skills and knowledge such as PLC's, A/C, D/C motors and drives, AC/DC controls, and schematics.
