Kitting, chemicals, fuel, operating supplies, and customer service support. Providing immediate response to resolve material work stoppages impacting shop floor and flight line operations. Managing team training, conducting safety and performance meetings, and leading overtime assignments. Driving employee engagement through recognition, coaching, and discipline aligned with Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives.
