Full Time – 40 Hours

Monday – Friday 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

Job Description

Ensure the safe, timely, courteous transportation of equipment and materials by monitoring performance and scheduling of department staff, as well as by assisting with tasks and activities.

Act as back-up support providing consistent coverage to the Mission Control Command Center monitoring the transport tracking system and phone system to ensure that all supplies, equipment, and any other special transports.

Coach personnel to optimum team based performance.

Schedule all team members to attend classes and monitor their performance. Schedule all team members to attend classes and monitor their performance. Manage resources within budgetary guidelines.

Communicates effectively with all customers to achieve positive outcomes.

Ensure a professional work environment by enforcing departmental guidelines and policies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

3 years experience in a hospital setting Required

Skills

Proven capability to work independently Ability to give instruction and clearly explain problems and solutions Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
