Maintenance Staff Member – Warehouse & Retail

We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated, and reliable fulltime Maintenance Technician to become part of our team. You will be responsible for managing and completing all assigned work for commercial warehouses and retail sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Plumbing, electrical and other mechanical inspections.

Work on work orders that don’t need to be vended out including: drywall, plumbing, electrical, AC, flooring, carpentry, tile, painting etc.

Perform preventive maintenance like AC air filter changes, cleaning and among many other things.

Track and record maintenance activities.

Inventory tracking of all parts installed.

Monitor, review and inspect all jobs completed by our vendors.

Assist with move-ins, move-outs

Work outdoors on property exterior projects.

Great customer service.

Review and understand company maintenance reports, identify improvement opportunities and drive performance improvement.

Report and monitor maintenance deficiencies and equipment failure trends.

Attend emergency calls.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years professional work experience.

Must be able to work under pressure.

Excellent organizational and time management ability.

Excellent communication and team player.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

Ability to adapt and flex with the needs of the property.

Ability to set, meet goals and consistently meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Weekends when needed), 8 AM to 5 PM

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: 2 years (Required)

Driver's License (Required)

Reliably transportation and insurance (Required)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
