We oversee a few properties in El Paso. For now we are looking for someone to do recurring landscaping, every couple weeks. This will typically be a weed removal, or grass cut, but you can also bid on other landscaping needs. This can escalate into more work, but we can't promise that for now. Typical work includes the following.
Lock Change
Grass Cut
Shrub trim & Weed removal.
Winterization (Seasonal)
Debris Removal
Minor Repairs
This is not full time work, and is to be treated as supplementary income. We are looking for a person that has their own tools and materials to complete this work, and reliable transportation. We require GL insurance, but can wait on this, as volume is still fairly low. We do have work to issue immediately. ALL WORK REQUIRES PHOTOS.
