Fanatics Sports Bar & Grill is currently hiring for an experienced bartender with management duties. You will be paid to manage and bartend on your shifts. Your responsibilities include helping ensure staff is following procedures and protocols, preventing waste and theft, helping with special promos and events and inventory. We do need someone with flexible availability. Management schedules are completed about 2 weeks in advance. Our current management works closely as a team in communicating all issues and helps each other establish the schedules and mediate issues with staff.
