Your opportunityThe Document Control department within Operational Services performs a variety of first touch functions for clients, financial advisors and internal business partners. Functions include intake of incoming documents and routing client requests from all entry channels to the proper workflows for our downstream partners to process. Document Control is also responsible for several ancillary functions such as processing client records requests and return mail.This Associate role will focus on the following:
Support centralized document intake by 1) classifying, transcribing and indexing incoming client documents for routing to Operations processing workflows and 2) completing OCR validation/quality assurance tasks
Fulfilling client requests for duplicate archived records stored on a variety of media including physical, electronic and microfilm records.
Utilize critical thinking to research misrouted documents and route to the appropriate processing workflow or business partner

Ability to adapt quickly to changes in process and procedure, at times adjusting daily work assignments to ensure adherence to service levels
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to consistently achieve high efficiency while maintaining excellent quality
Effective critical thinking and problem resolution skills
Strong relationship building skills and service-oriented mindset
Collaborative and relational work style with proven success in a team environment
Enjoy working in a structured environment during specified hours as determined by business need
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to protect the confidentiality of information
Experience with Microsoft office and utilizing dual monitors
Preferred:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of investment products and industry regulations
1+ year of financial services or customer service experience
