Description:
We are seeking a part-time, remote front desk associate to work the night shift at our modern, self-check-in boutique hotel. This is a work-from-home position available 7 days a week, 4hrs per day with flexible scheduling and responsibilities that focus on providing excellent guest support during nighttime hours.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls and assisting guests with questions or concerns
Greeting guests virtually and helping them with reservations
Providing detailed instructions on how to use their access code for the building and room
Explaining check-in procedures clearly and thoroughly
Responding promptly to the Ring camera when guests arrive
Offering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in experience
Requirements:
Must have a quiet and professional home environment
Reliable internet and phone connection
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be comfortable using technology (Ring camera app, access systems, etc.)
Dependable and able to work independently
Experience in hospitality or remote support is a plus but not required
