We are currently hiring a part-time front desk associate to join our team at a modern, self-check-in boutique hotel. This is an in-person position, available 7 days a week, with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in guests
Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries
Checking rooms before guest arrival to ensure cleanliness and readiness
Assisting guests with any questions or needs during their stay
Requirements:
Friendly and professional demeanor
Reliable and punctual
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
