Job Overview:
RLV22, LLC/Remarkable Land, LLC is an investment/marketing company out of DFW. We purchase vacant land throughout Texas. We are looking to hire a Part-time Project Coordinator to join our growing team. If you are a hard worker, have a construction background, enjoy day travel, and being outdoors, this is a perfect job for you.
Responsibilities for Project Coordinator:
View, determine and define scope of work for vacant property
Predict resources needed to complete project
Coordinate estimate of project with contractor
Draft and submit property overview (including preliminary property photos) and budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Obtain approvals, required permits and other regulatory prerequisites
Provide direction over contractors
Manage construction schedule and activities until completion of project
Issue progress updates as needed regarding timelines of completion to management team
Ensure property completion, final photos of project, and property sign installation
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in land clearing or construction
Comfortable reading and understanding surveys and/or plat maps
Able to navigate based on GPS Coordinates
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs and general software
Ability to schedule, negotiate, and control costs
Strong leadership and management skills
Knowledge or experience with drone photography

This job will be paid on a per project basis
