Overview
You will oversee a diverse range of construction projects, apply cutting-edge sustainability practices, and utilize your professional background to drive our projects to successful completion. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for innovative design and construction excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of commercial and residential construction projects.
Employ your certifications and expertise in sustainable practices and green building techniques.
Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Direct project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
Champion best practices in safety and quality management.
Represent the company with professionalism at industry events.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
Proven experience managing construction projects effectively.
Highly skilled in sustainable construction methods.
Proficient with Buildertrend or equivalent project management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP), LEED AP, CGP, CCM, PMP, AC, CPC, or similar.
Experience with xeriscaping and green building practices.
Passionate about sustainable architecture and construction.
Compensation
Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
