Structures and Interiors, a commercial construction firm based in Southlake, TX, is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to manage ground-up, tenant finish-out, and renovation projects across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily on-site supervision of subcontractors and labor crews
Ensure a safe, clean, OSHA-compliant job site
Coordinate crew schedules with trade partners
Collaborate with Project Managers on RFIs and change orders
Monitor QA/QC with strong attention to detail
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Track and maintain project schedules
Proactively identify and resolve job site issues
Qualifications:
5+ years commercial construction experience (required)
Ground-up and healthcare experience (preferred)
Ability to manage crews and maintain timelines
Familiarity with submittals and project documentation
Excellent communication and leadership skills
