We are seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall General Superintendent to lead and oversee multiple commercial drywall projects simultaneously—typically 5 to 10 at a time. This role is responsible for managing manpower (10–40 employees), ensuring on-time project completion, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering strong relationships with general contractors.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a proven track record in commercial drywall, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage manpower across multiple projects.
Provide on-site supervision and conduct ongoing evaluations of job progress.
Coordinate with general contractors’ superintendents to ensure timely production and completion of Division 9 Interiors’ scope of work.
Maintain a high level of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
Oversee the condition and inventory of company equipment.
Enforce safety policies and practices.
Requirements
Professional, positive attitude.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
10+ years of experience as a Drywall Foreman or Superintendent.
OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification.
Strong computer skills, including Email, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, Dropbox, and ExakTime.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and Social Security Number.
Ability to pass DFW Airport background check (no felony offenses) and drug screening.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Availability for occasional evening and/or weekend work.
