We’re seeking an experienced and detail-driven Cast-in-Place Concrete Superintendent to lead the field operations for commercial parking garage construction projects. This role is ideal for a superintendent with deep knowledge of heavy concrete placement, multi-level formwork systems, and garage-specific design challenges.

Job Responsibilities

· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for accurate form setting.

· Plan and execute daily on-site operations, ensuring efficient and precise concrete work.

· Lead and supervise a crew, delegating tasks to maintain productivity and quality.

· Ensure proper placement of reinforcing steel, concrete pours, and finishing operations.

· Oversee job site safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.

· Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to formwork, concrete placement, and site operations.

· Maintain daily paperwork such as timecards, field reports, and job diaries.

· Keep strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

· 5-10 years of experience in structural cast-in-place concrete form setting.

· MUST speak Spanish (English is a plus but not required).

· Proven leadership experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in concrete construction.

· Strong knowledge of formwork systems, concrete materials, and finishing techniques.

· Experience managing subcontractors and direct-hire workforce.

· Ability to read blueprints and specifications to ensure proper execution.

· Familiarity with OSHA regulations and best practices in construction safety.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project demands.

· Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required.
