Looking for all around mature carpenter/handynan starting pay for Qualied Techs $25-30
Requirements
1) must have full competency with carpenter skills, drywall, painting, etc
2) must have all basic hand power tools and misc small tools (razor knife, putty knife, blades, paint brush, broom ,vacumn etc
3) must have neat clean reliable transportation truck, van, (NO CARS) (no advertisings on vehicle)
4) must be willing to wear neat clean jeans or dickies and company shirt that we will provide 3 shirts you are resposible for future purchases (they are required on job sites)
5)must be reliable and on time everyday
6) communication is an absolute must
7) must have reliable email you can check and respond to daily (email is my main source of communication about projects
8) must have bank account we can use for direct deposit through ZELLE
