We are seeking a reliable and skilled handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in estimating jobs, hold a valid driver's license, and have basic proficiency in Spanish. This position offers flexible hours and competitive pay based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate estimates for various handyman services including repairs, installations, and maintenance.
Perform skilled maintenance, repair, and installation work (painting, carpentry, plumbing, some electrical, etc.) as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure understanding of job requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in estimating handyman services.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Basic proficiency in Spanish to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and staff members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Own transportation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
