Must-Have Technical Skills & Detail-Oriented
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 year experience as a PC/Systems Tech on the job or equivalent higher education experience for the items below.
Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
Identify, diagnose, and document hardware failure(s) or software problems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues reported and document troubleshooting actions and results.
Test and evaluate hardware components to ensure compatibility and functionality.
Good knowledge of Win 7, 8, 10, 11 & Microsoft Office / Outlook.
Knowledge of Mac OS is preferred.
Application/software installation and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of supporting computer peripherals, like printer, scanners and non-standard devices etc.
Must be a team player, willing to collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
Document hardware inventory and maintain accurate records of repairs and replacements.
Ability to keep the work area clean and organize, especially the bench
Must have experience in ADVERTISING
Must have reliable transportation
PART - TIME POSITION (24 hrs weekly)
