Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining existing residential systems through remote support to customers and on-site troubleshooting of audio, video, phone, data, security, and control system technologies.
Assist in install and programming of audio, video, phone, computer, security, and control components.
Coordinating other sub-contractors to assist with implementation of system.
Communicating with customers on an every-day basis and directing administrative duties to deliver upon customer requests.
Running low voltage wiring in a new or existing structure and terminating cables.
Able to work with power tools and comfortable working in construction.
-Available after-hours and weekends if clients need assistance with system operations/troubleshooting.
