Inside Sales Representative - NATIONAL MOVERS
As an Inside Sales representative for National Movers, you will be a part of a team that achieves market share in our established territories. You will be expected to represent the company honestly and fairly with regard to maintaining relationships with all customers, competitors, and brokers. Duties will include:
Assist with executing sales strategies and build rapport with clients
Provide written quotes to customers and assist sales staff with quotes
Respond to customer phone inquiries and questions about the logistical operations of their move
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Document interactions with clients
Enter data into a variety of moving softwares and spreadsheets
Resolve client grievances
Maintain positive relationships with clients

Expected hours: 40 per week
