We are seeking a highly motivated Central Regional Sales Manager. The Central Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in the Central territory, managing/supporting independent rep groups, and managing national accounts.
This role requires a dynamic leader who can build strong relationships, provide strategic direction, and ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the firearms industry, a proven track record in sales leadership, and experience working with both inside sales teams and independent rep groups.
