Scaffolding company in Rowlett, TX looking for a customer service/inside sales representative.
2+ years of customer service or sales experience required.
Duties include:
Processing orders from e-commerce, walk-ins, and phone sales.
Shopping freight prices for orders and arranging freight pickup including creating bills of lading.
Manage shipping of orders from pick up at our yard to delivery to customer.
Manage customer disputes, disputes with shipping companies, lost products, damaged products, and mistakes with orders.
Answering phone and helping customers with questions about products.
Greeting customers when the come in to store and assisting them with purchases.
Data entry into Sage 100 accounting system.
